Flourish Allied Health Services
Supporting adults and children living in the Clarence Valley
Flourish Allied Health Services is a multidisciplinary, person-centred allied health practice with a dedicated team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Early Childhood Teachers, Key Workers and Allied Health Assistants to support adults and children who live in the Clarence Valley.
We work with children, adults, families, carers, groups and communities. Most importantly, our team works alongside our clients to facilitate their empowerment (and that of their families) and achieve their needs, goals and aspirations.
Our aim is to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with families and key stakeholders with a focus on integrity, respect and accountability, to support participation and inclusion within the home, education and community settings.
Our dedicated team enthusiastically prepares individualised assessment and intervention programs to support each client to achieve their goals. We acknowledge intervention is not as effective in isolation therefore we strive to develop meaningful relationships with our client’s families, carers, educators and the broader Clarence Valley Community.
